Naked Scandal.the naked truth. Kathy Willets got her 15 minutes of fame with a nationally covered court case that landed her and husband Jeff in jail. Another 15 minutes of fame came to both when they made this movie, and its companion, where Kathy recreated the sexual misadventures that landed her in trouble in the first place. Jeff makes an appearance in the movie as another character. Mike Horner, in turn, plays Willets and performs sex.
