Description: On our second day of wine tasting we visited the wine region of Medoc and only toured one chateau, Chateau Desmirail. This chateau is located in the Margaux appellation. This chateau dates back to the 17th century and we learned a lot from our tour. Afterwards we went to a place called La Winery where we took a little wine tasting course with wines from various chateaus. A great way to end our trip to Bordeaux.

Description: I went to Berlin, Germany with Angela Sommers, India Summer, Prinzzess and Aryana Augustine to sign for Girlfriends Films at the Venus Expo in October. It was my second trip to Berlin but I hadn't been in 15 years! They flew us in early so we could have a day to explore before the show, so I took the girls around and showed them some of the sights. Angela and I were travel buddies so we went to dinner together a lot and I also threw in a few pics from the Venus Expo.

Description: Day one of wine tasting in Bordeaux! Before our wine tasting excursion in Saint-Emilion, we were able to visit the actual village. It's a medieval village that is actually a UNESCO Wold Heritage Site. Since we were there during World Heritage Days, we were able to visit the churches for free, including the monolithic underground church (second largest in Europe), which was built in the 12th century. Loved this little village! After visiting the village, we arrived at our first chateau...Chateau de Pressac. It's a very old chateau, dating back to medieval times and we were also told that this was where the treaty was signed ending the Hundred Years War after the Battle of Castillon. The second chateau was Chateau Soutard, a much more modern chateau as you can tell by the photos.

Van Gogh lived in Arles for a period of time and painted many locations of the city, which you can still visit today.
